Meet Coby
Coby Smith, founder of Texas Blues Baseball, brings over 20 years of playing and coaching experience to the organization. A native of Spring, Texas, Coby has played baseball across the country as a talented pitcher and first baseman. His collegiate career includes time at Dean College, Anderson University, and St. Edward’s University, where he sharpened his skills and developed a deep understanding of the game. Coby further advanced his knowledge through Driveline Baseball in Seattle, Washington—immersing himself in data-driven pitching and hitting techniques that now shape his coaching philosophy. With five years of select baseball coaching under his belt, Coby is passionate about developing young athletes and creating a competitive, growth-focused environment at Texas Blues Baseball.

Haylee is the go-to person for all things spirit wear and baseball jerseys at Texas Blues Baseball. She manages the entire process—from coordinating custom player uniforms to designing and organizing spirit wear for families and fans. Whether it’s gearing up a new team for the season or making sure everyone has the latest Blues gear, Haylee ensures everything is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time. Her attention to detail and passion for the program help players look their best on the field and allow fans to proudly represent the Texas Blues name. If you have questions about sizing, orders, or availability, Haylee is always ready to help and keep the team looking sharp. And of course, you’ll often find her alongside Daisy—our fun and friendly team mascot who brings extra spirit and smiles to every game.
